- William Spring regrets
that this web site has spent a long time languishing in
the shadows, not having been updated since 2001.
- This will change.
- William Spring hopes and
trusts that he will be able to regularly update this web
site from now on.
- A number of factors have
intervened to prevent a continuous updating of the site.
- A major factor
was the threat of homelessness.
- Towards the end of 2001
William Spring and his family of four young children were
threatened with eviction by Haringey Council from their
short term tenancy property at 83 Black Boy Lane
Tottenham London.
- When I protested and asked
for alternative accommodation to be provided, the
response of Haringey Council was that I should go back
into a hostel with my kids.
- We had already been living
in a hostel up until May 1st 1997 when we were
moved over to Tottenham and located in a house.
- We were moved from the
hostel only because of The London Evening Standard
newspaper revelations of the disgusting conditions in
which we were held.
- The background to it all
is that I fled from France in 1996 with my children
because my wife Isabelle was dying and the French
authorities refused to grant her medical treatment as she
did not have a social security number.
- The fact that we had our
children in school in France and had lived in France for
a number of years made no difference.
- That was why we went into
the hostel for asylum seekers - although I was not an
asylum seeker rather a returning UK resident.
- But I failed the Habitual
Residence Test, so while my wife was dying I received no
income support.
- We lived on hand outs from
friends.
- The rent in the hostel was
enormous, and when we left the hostel we were told
because I had failed the Habitual Residence Test we
should pay the bill.
- Of course we had no money
to do this.
- But, as I have said, The
Evening Standard and BBC Television came to our aid, and
we managed to get out of the hostel and no further
reference was made to the bill.
- Eventually our affairs
were regularised and I was able to get income support but
I still could not work as the rent in the property we
eventually moved into, @ 83 Black Boy Lane Tottenham, was
so enormous I would have been worse off working than
remaining on income support!
- It is against this
background that the behaviour of Williamson and Soden
must be judged.
- Their failure to pay out
the inheritance, which they have sequestrated for
themselves in legal fees, led to the illness and
suffering of my wife and her eventual death, and the
suffering of myself and my children.
- £20,000 may not be much
today as far as fat cat lawyers are concerned but in 1990
it was an amount which could have benefited us
enormously.
- My children have been
brought up in poverty because of Williamson and Soden,
who are thieves, fraudsmen, liars, and conspirators to
obstruct justice, and who with the rest of their crooked
profession have a whole coterie of crooked judges in
their pay.
- Anyway the story has now
reached the end of 2001: faced with eviction by Haringey
Council and faced with being put into the hostel from
whence we had been delivered by The Evening Standard,
what could we do?
- Answer - we spoke to
Andrew Yiannides.
- Andrew Yiannides is
founder of and runs the human-rights.org Community on

- Andrew gave unstintingly
of his time and advice and ultimately accompanied me to
Court.
- Having been refused legal
aid to fight the eviction order I was truly on my own,
apart from Andrew.
- Andrew fluently put our
case to the judge, and the result was that with half an
hour to spare before the Court closed, and we were to be
evicted the next morning, a stay was granted for our
eviction.
- A few days later we were
offered more permanent accommodation.

- The effects of the
aforesaid trauma and the necessity to get our new house
sorted out and many other factors meant that crook judges
has been put on the back burner until today November
2003, when we announce a new campaign to publicise the
deficiencies of the UK judicial system, its inhumanity,
its corruption, its profligate waste of public funds, its
association and empathy with the most criminal and
depraved elements in our society.
- In
particular we will return to the question of the missing
inheritance.
- I have now prepared draft
indictments and a witness statement which will be
communicated to the Police and The Director of Public
Prosecutions relating to the case already documented on
the crook judges web site.
- Our purpose is to force a
review of Judge Buckley's disgraceful order, (which gave
immunity to Williamson and Soden to defraud the public as
much as they like).
- We will be grateful for
support and help in this endeavour.

As a torture expert William Spring accuses the judge of
torture & thus breaching section 134 of the Criminal
Justice Act 1988 (which forbids UK officials from
engaging in torture in the course of their official

William Spring is a single
parent living in London who has previously worked as a journalist
both in UK, Zimbabwe, Cyprus, & Saudi Arabia, where he
covered the Gulf War. He is also a qualified teacher & a
graduate of the University of Leicester England & of McMaster
University Canada.
He is the author of numerous
articles & one book, on the history of Zimbabwe, The
Long Fields: Zimbabwe Since Independence (Marshall
Pickering, Basingstoke, 1986 ISBN no: 0 - 7208 -0634 - 8 ) &
researched for Amnesty International the situation of Christian
minorities in the Middle East..
An expurgated version of this
attack on crooked judges was featured at length in the C4
television documentary "Battle of Wills" on 21st
September 2000.
William Spring has been
identified with various causes, including family rights,
pro-life, welfare reform, & most recently opposition to
NATO's war on Yugoslavia.
He is opposed to the colonial
occupation of Kosovo & Bosnia, & NATO's endorsement of
the terror tactics of the KLA.
At the time of the NATO
bombardment of Yugoslavia May 1999 he laid an Information at
Highgate Magistrates Court London seeking the issuance of
summonses against NATO military & political leaders,
(including Robin Cook, Tony Blair, Madelaine Albright, Richard
Holbrook, & Lloyd Axworthy) under the1861 Offences Against
the Person Act ("for conspiring to murder persons &
cause explosions in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.")
& he also alleged that the UK leaders were in violation of
section 5 of 1998 Criminal Justice Act by encouraging terrorism
in a foreign state.
William Spring is International
Director of CANA (Christians Against Nato Aggression), which is
part of the The Campaign for Justice for the Peoples of
Yugoslavia. (CJPY).
CANA held its Second Annual One
Day Conference in London on February 24th 2001, "A Day of
Truth for Yugoslavia."
